16 Point Compass Consulting firmly believes that corporations, organizations and other institutions connect with their staff, teams and other internal stakeholders with the best of intentions, to provide both quality employment and workplace development while also increasing the mission and/or financial growth of their organization or company.
We also know that despite the best of intentions, sometimes those same institutions, driven by the need for ever-increasing profit-margins or a higher demand on services, can sometimes lose sight of the incredibly important relationship they have created between leadership and non-leadership staff. We further understand the multifaceted nature of internal staff perceptions and the impact that those perceptions can have on the everyday operations of the company/agency.

We are able to also create specialized capacity projects that follow a current organizational framework, programmatic methodology or falls under existing institutional infrastructure.
